Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you to go with IVF. I don't know your whole situation (eg finances, etc) and if IVF is out of range financially, or if it is going to be impossible for you to travel and/or take time out for retrieval and transfer (often up to two weeks) you could certainly try fertility medications.
If we were going to proceed that way, I would want to do an HSG (hysterosalingogram) to evaluate your remaining tube first. If it is obstructed, you have a clear answer. If it is patent, then it IS possible for a right tube to "catch" an ovum from a left ovary or vice versa and you might be able to conceive naturally. You must also remember that you will be at risk for ectopic or tubal pregnancy and must rule that out early.
Another advantage of IVF is that if you are blessed with multiple embryos, you can freeze them and go back again for a sister or brother.
Good luck!

Oh, and I am 168 cm tall and weigh 54 kg ... I don't have any of the symptoms of PCOS except no menstruation (sorry the more info you know the better) thanks :)
I should also add that I have osteopene if that even matters
