Dna testing

hello doctor,

I had an extramarital affair with my ex girlfriend who got married 6 months back i had sex with her last month and she is now pregnant but she also had sex with her husband during those days.
now she and me are worried who the father is?
is there any DNA testing which can tell who the father is before the baby is born?
some websites say  

THERE IS A NON INVASIVE WAY OF DOING PRENATAL DNA TESTING BY CHECKING FETAL DNA FROM MOTHERS BLOOD?
IS IT TRUE

i checked the website of netra i guess they have pre natal paternity testing but i dont know whether they have in India as currently i am living in india...

Hi!
If your girlfriend was my patient I would advise her that it is possible to test fetal DNA from the mother's blood.  Typically this method is used to detect chromosomal abnormalities in the fetus.  I am not aware that it can be used for paternity testing, although it may be possible.  IF it is possible, a perinatologist would be the type of doctor to get an appointment with .
A genetic counselor might be able to help you too.

We have the same problem as well but the this is im not married. So if there anyone here who can help us. And yes there is one procedure called Natera in which you will draw blood from both sides.
