Pregnancy after Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage on Feb. 15th, due to how low my hcg levels where .. that night which was Thursday they were down to a 18, then on Monday I went in for a follow-up appointment they had gone down to a 5, they said with that information they believed it was a chemical pregnancy.. with my LMP I should have been 4w2d.. but the levels were soo far down they said the chem. preg. was most likely it.. I was in a daze so I didnt' ask the appropriate questions.. they said my period should come 4 to 6 weeks later.. I quit bleeding aobut 8 days later.. that weekend we had unprotected sex and have several other times as well.. is it true ur body is pretty close to the same after a Chemical Pregnancy or is the information I have ran across while I was researching incorrect?? and I would like to also ask if it is possible that I could be pregnant now or is it more likely I'm not bc of the situation.. thank you and I appreciate your comments..

danielle72007, the body bounces back pretty quickly after a miscarriage.  and you can get pregnant right away as well.  the only way you will be able to tell what is going on now is by following the bhCG levels, which should go to zero.  once they are at zero, you should allow your cycle to return to a normal pattern before trying to get pregnant again. david
