chi927- I have a question for you.  Since you said both your tubes are blocked did you have regular menses and how was your blood work?

I'm scheduled for a HSG test next month but all my blood work (fsh, lh, progestorone, thyroid ect.) was all ok.  As well i get positive OPK's around cd 14 or 15 every month aand my cycle is a normal normal flow every month and is always 28 days.  I don't understand why we are not able to concieve. DH has been tested and all is clear there as well.  I would think if i had a problem with ovulation that my cycles would be all messed up or my levels would not be good.  Any info you might have would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI!
If you were my patient, I would connect you with the nearest reputable IVF clinic.
It is possible to have surgery on your tubes to unblock them, but it often doesn't work and you end up going for IVF any way. Ask your doctor to recommend a good RE/fertility clinic in your area!
Good luck!
