ok here goes. I have had 3 IUI with no success. I have what they call hypothalmic ammenorhea. Mildly put I dont ovulate nor get my period. ALthough after having Gonal f injections I did get my period. anyway.. I had IUI last wednesday. So I am basically 4 days post IUI/ 4 DPO Today I have very mild cramps, nothing severe just know that they are there. also, when getting up after sitting  a pulling in my left side, I did have one dominent follicle on the left.. could this be anything. anything at all?? or is it just all in my head.. thanks for all who replyl
