Hi!
In my experience, once ovulation resumes (which is usually suggested by regular periods) pregnancy can follow pretty quickly. Be sure that you are being followed by a reproductive endocrinologist, and notify your MD right away if you do become pregnant, so that your doc can tell you what to do with your medications. Sometimes if the pituitary adenoma is large they will have you continue your Parlodel, and other times they will ask you to stop taking it. I would tell my patient to contact me if she hadn't conceived within 3 normal ovulatory cycles or so. (You can also tell if you are ovulating by using the ovulation predictors available in most pharmacies. )
Good luck!

I can,t belive my prolactin levels are exactly the same as urs, got my result around the start of march with levels of 2544.. My doc prescribed cabergoline 0.5 twice week... I wonder why the different choices... I have one wee boy only 8 mths old and would like a wee brother or sister for him.. My levels where 2244 when I concieved the first time.. So I am hopeful that this 3 week course will drop levels enough to kick of my ovulation... I find very little about my condition after hrs of research... I was told I had hyperprolactinemia...
Similarly I am on a higher level of prolactin level and just completed my first 2 weeks dose of Parlodel, did my blood test on 13 Mar. Hopefully my prolactin level will go back to norm....
