Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise considering one of two options. The first would be to proceed with laparoscopy to directly evaluate and possibly correct the "blockages" seen on the hsg. The second option would be to go on to IVF. Which option is right for you depends upon financial circustances and availability of services.
You could also continue doing what you are doing for another 6 months, but, moving forward would seem to be a better option.
Good luck!

I have 3 questions.
First off- Before taking my birth control, almost a month ago, I didnt have a period since October 2010. My Doctor tested my thyroid, FSH, LSH, Prolactin, Cervix, and they took an ultra sound- all normal.
no stress, diet change, too much exercise etc.
Why didnt I have my period for so long, what can cause this?
#2 I have been taking my birth control, Ocella (28 pills) for 1 month, if I stop taking it will my periods come back since they were absent for so long? I have had 1 period so far, since I started my BC. I got my period on the 23rd of this month.
#3 can I still get pregnant, if I dont have my period after I stop taking the pill?
I'm not exactly sure when I could predict ovulation.
