Egg doner embryo 5db .... 2 faint line positive tests at 7dpt

Is it too early to be excited for this? We have our beta on Friday but we just couldn't wait. So I took a first response at 6dpt which has a lighter pink line indicating a positive. Today (7 days) I took another test. A different brand but also again a faint blue line.  I had no hcg shots as I used an egg donor.  Is it possible to get false positives at this point?

Because of travel and holiday closures my specialist let me take my beta 3 days early. Positive with an hcg of 110 at 7 days:) thanks for your feedback and we will keep our positive thoughts present as we know it's still very early!

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you to be cautiously optimistic.  There is almost nothing that can cause a false positive beta hcg.  BUT I have seen women have a positive value early and it fades to negative.  If you say prayers--do so--something good is happening and with luck it will continue!
