Straining after embryo transfer

I had sever constipation after my embryo transfer.  The next day I had to strain really hard to have a bowel movement.  Could I have caused the embryo to fall out or hindered it in any way to implant?   I only had one
8 cell grade A embryo transferred so I am really nervous.

Thank you so much!
