Can I try for one more IVF? What can I do for get out of my problem?

Is there any chance to get pregnent in my case...Please help me what can I do further...

I had 2 IVF cycles one is in the month of Feb, another one in in July both HCG levels are negative. But progesterone and Estradial levels are normal 3 days after  Embryo transfer.
I had more than six times IUI, 2 laproscopies, 2 Histroscopies,1 D&C. My age is 38. I have PCO problem.
For my first cycle my Doctor suspected due to non sticky womb it may get negative, he has given me 4 months of treatment for that with progesterone injections, tablets and Estradial. After that my uterine biopsy test gave positive results.  Even though my womb is sticky now again I had HCG negative results for my second IVF cycle.
Anyone had experienced this kind of problem, HCG is negative means pregnancy loss or unable to conceive I don't know what is the terminology. and I don't know whether I Can expect positive results for any cycle. Please anyone can help me in this.
In both cycles I produced 16 and 24 eggs with good quality, finally they are able to transfer two 3bb and two 2bb embryos consequently each cycle on day 5, Unfortunately they can't store my embryos due to bad quality they are in EB stage or some thing.  Anything is wrong with me. I have been trying for pregnancy for a long time with different intervals but never turned into positive output. Is there any side effects for using hormones for a long time? What can I do to get positive results in my pregnancy/healthy baby? Still there is any chance? Why IVF is not worked out for me.Can we do any thing to restore EB embryos? Can anyone do something after transfer of embryos to get positive HCG results. both cases my HCG levels are less than 2. Please help me out in this...

"The most important predictor of IVF success is the quality of the eggs.  The quality of the eggs is usually determined by how old the egg donor is"

I agreed the eggs have to be fine  but i had them excelent  but didnt implant. doctros can help you with the eggs/embryos but once is in the womb its up to "nature/god" to implant
there is nothing docotors can do about it.... keep trying..good luck

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI!
First of all, a negative hcg means that the embryos did not implant.  If you were my patient, and really wanted a baby, I might begin to discuss donor eggs with you.
The most important predictor of IVF success is the quality of the eggs.  The quality of the eggs is usually determined by how old the egg donor is.  Women under 30 produce wonderful embryos that implant and grow and can survive freezing and thawing.

Because you are a "good responder" to medications, you do still have a chance with your own eggs.  You may just need to continue trying, and eventually you may succeed.
As to your question about side effects of the hormones--some people have suggested that there might be an increased risk of ovarian cancer in women who have had multiple fertility treatments.

I hope this information helps!
Good luck!
