a year without conceiving

Hiya , im abit concerned to if I can carry or not me and my partner been trying for a year in which my periods have been flippant.  I think I have had to only our knowledge 2 early misscarriages due to signs/symtoms missed periods ending in painful bleeds, and just recently had a very odd period no flow at all just when wiping light pink to sometimes veru pale brown no cramping intill I had 1 or 2 day 5 with a tiny bit of red but this was not anywhere near enough filling pads or pantyliners for the whole duration I have been on pregnacare conception for a month quit smoking since previous supposedly pregnancy and leading a healthier lifetime to try and help I dont know what to do is there any advice you can give me please thank you.

I had bloods done not so long ago to check if I had hormone imbalance and it come back fine  I am also waiting for an abdominal scan what medication is giving for ovulation ?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would want you to come in for an exam and pap smear.  I would recommend that we check your thyroid prolactin and FSH levels.  I would suggest that we check his sperm count.  I would suggest that you start using ovulation predictors (near the pregnancy tests in the drug store) to see if you are ovulating consistently.  IF not, we could start some medication for that, IF so, I would next suggest that we check to be sure there is not blockage in your tubes.
