blood work / Maintaing a Pregnancy

I had bloodwork done by a ferility doctor and he sent me to a hematologist , cause he thought I had Lupus ,cause the blood work was suggesting that. (not bloodwork below)  Hematologist said it looks like I have APS and had me repeat bloodwork, I guess I pass clots into my placenta when pregnant. Does the bloodwork suggest anything that might keep me from maintaining a pregnancy?

vit b12                                                      218                                          (200 - 1100)
folate                                                     >24.0                                          ( >5.4 normal)
cardiolipin AB (IGA)                                <10                                             (15 POSITIVE)
cardiolipin ab (IGG)                                    32  H                                        (15 -40 POSITIVE)
cariolpin AB (IGM)                                      <10                                         (<10) NEGATIVE
Homocysteine, CVD                                   28.7  H                                      ( <10.4)
B2 GLYCOPROTEIN (IGG,A,M)(IGG) (IGA)  54 H                                         (<20)
B2 GLYCOPROTEIN I AB                            <9                                            (<20)
METHYMALONIC ACID                                805 H                                       (87 -318)

Any help is very much appreciated! I look forward to your response!!

Hi!
You do have some lab values that suggest APS.  I wonder also if you have a mild MTHFR deficiency (heterozygote). I don't know your history, and whether or not you have had an pregnancy losses or complications.  It may very well be that your doctors will suggest several medications to you when you are planning your next pregnancy.
If you were my patient, I would consider a baby aspirin daily and also possibly Lovenox or unfractionated heparin.  Folic acid supplementation would also be warranted.
Hope this helps!

My doctor did suggest using daily shots of heparin during and after delverily. But was waiting for lab results to confirm APS (for second tme) and my clotting problem.

I have had 4 misscarriages, 2 required a DNC.

It was very helpful thank you
