i would like to know exactly how many days after taking the last pill of clomid would i ovulate. and can i have side effects of estrogen pills. also when i ovulate can i have breast tenderness and have pain on my right side ovaries those are the feeling that i have right know.

GRACE0783, most women taking clomid for five days ovulate about six to seven days after finishing it. the side effects you describe, breast tenderness and ovarian pain, arise from the mild hyperstimulation to the ovaries produced by clomid. this mild hyperstimulation increases your estrogen levels (causing breast engorgement) and typically increases slightly the number of follicles you produce (producing ovarian tenderness). david
