Dear Friend,
Some women consider that there could not be a safer way to cure dysmenorrheal or painful menstruation which is a side effect of endometriosi than hormone treatment. Actually, the drugs that are prescribed during the process of treatment are commonly used contraceptives and vaginal rings comprising of progestin and estrogen hormones.
HI!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that you should consider having a HSG (hysterosalpingogram) done. This is a dye study which will determine whether your remaining fallopian tube is open or blocked. If it is blocked you might have some options such as surgery to repair the tube, or IVF.
Good luck!
