in need of answer's

hello i had a misscarrage 6 month's ago and want trying for another baby but im still bleeding is there something wrong or is this normal and do i ovulate with this bleeding ? plz help

Hi!
It is definitely NOT normal to bleed for six months.  If you were my patient, I would start with an ultrasound to rule out any retained products of conception (membranes or placental tissue left in the uterus).  I would also check some hormone levels including an HCG level, thyroid panel, prolactin level, and FSH to start with.
Finally, I would also want to do a complete exam and pap smear to check for polyps or other problems in the cervix.
You most likely won't be able to conceive again until you get the bleeding under control from the last miscarriage--so give your doctor a call soon!

6 months of continuous bleeding after a miscarriage is not normal - you need to go see your doctor a.s.a.p - you may still have some fetal tissue stuck in your womb.
