lost symptoms?

hi there, i tryed to post this in the pregnancy section but it always says full and im quite worried! im currently pregnant, i found out with a positive test at 10dpo. when i was 4w1d i had to go to hospital due to having alot of pain in my left side below my belly button. the person on the phone told me i should come in because they were concerned about ectopic pregnancy. at hospital they told me it was to early to tell and to go home!
im currently 6w1d and my only symptoms have been that i felt a bit nauseus and sore nipples and very very tired. 3 days ago the sickness went away. 2 days ago the sore nipples and tiredness went away. 2 nights ago i woke up in the night with a really bad back ache in my lower back that caused me to be awake for the rest of the night, and the only way i could stop the pain was to go into the living room and sit with a hot water bottle against my lower back for hours.
i have not been able to get the thought of ectopic pregnancy out my mind since they suggested it to me 2 weeks ago, and the pain i was having is still there, it hurts alot when i sit up, when i sneeze or when i twist round.
do you think that this sounds like ectopic pregnancy? or do the loss of symptoms sounds like start of miscarrige? i havent had any bleeding, nor have i had any seriouly constant pain, just the pulling feeling that hurts!
thanks for taking the time to read this, and i know you cannot diagnose but your opinion would be greatly appriciated
thanks, lucy :o)

I agree with the Dr.  Definately sounds like a possible miscarriage, even though there is no bleeding yet.  Sorry you are having to go through this, now.  Good luck!  Maybe things will change for the better.

I would suggest calling your ObGyn and arranging for an ultrasound. That will be the only way to tell the location of the pregnancy. Good luck.
