Hi!
If you are having regular 28 day cycles, you are probably ovulating at least several times per year, if not monthly. If you were my patient, I would reassure you that what you probably need is more time.
I would suggest that the next step would be a semen analysis. If the ovulation predictors continue to fail to show ovulation (for another month or two) I would then consider checking some hormone levels such as thyroid, prolactin and FSH. One other test to consider is a hysterosalpingogram which is a dye study of the fallopian tubes -- to check to see if they are blocked.
Hope this helps!

Hi, me in the similar situation as yours, i am getting my Fstudy done, actually done with my first scan, would go for 2nd tomo. After which Dr. would suggest as to when she would give me an injection and proceed with iui. i have never tested opk at home for tracking my days like Sunaina suggested you. But i would suggest wait for 2 more cycles and try for an iui.
Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is an app that you could also try from your app store called "My days" it shows you period ovulation days and when your next period is. A wonderful app. Good luck!
thanks for your feedback .. normally when to start checking for ovulation ?
Hi
Please do not worry. Me too had a similar problem, I did not ovulate in all cycles. You just need to relax, give yourself some time and space. In fact fortunately now you have i-sure kind of strips available in the market, 2 years back I had to ask my friend to get it from Australia.
Consult a doctor if needed and take the help of the strip to time your intercourse. Most importantly do not get stressed - as that is what adds up to negativity & frustration.
