before having a miscarriage my periods were very regular after that it is a mess the first one came 36 days after mc and the second came 47 days after the 1st i dont know how should i detect when i am ovulating

Hi!
The first period after a miscarriage is ALWAYS "different". And often the second is too. However, they should begin to sort themselves out soon, and if they don't you might want to check with your MD. If you were my patient, I might give you a short course of Clomid or Femara to make sure that you are ovulating again.
