Hi!
Your laboratory data, physical makeup and cycle data do NOT suggest that you have PCOS.
If you were my patient,  would be interested to see what your ovaires would do during a "natural cycle" .  I would follow with ultrasound to see if a single dominant follicle would develop.  Taking Metformin would certainly not hurt this process, and might help.  I would also question you about the 7 years between your daughter and now.  Have you been using any birth control, or ?  The other bit of data that is lacking here is a semen analysis, and I would ask if you could get your partner to help you out with that or not.
If your ovaries are working well on their own, Clomid may be harmful instead of helpful.
If they are not working on their own, you might consider switching and trying Femara  -- more likely to produce a single follicle.
Good luck!
