what are good follic acid pills?

hi i've been on this site for about a six months now i was diagnosed with Polysistic ovaries but my question is i'm on prover, metformine and clomid because i have been tring to conceive i'm 28 years old and about 40 lbs over weight. Now on a strict Diet and excersise my hair is also thinning and a lot of dandruff. I would like to start taking follic acid to start preparing me and i heard it helps ur hair grow back what type of follic acid is good to take. Thanks

silirama78, any folic acid pill from the pharmacy will do.  they come as 400 micrograms.  you should take at least two each day while trying to conceive. you also could take a prenatal vitamin, which has extra folic acid. david

Have you tries Wheat Germ, You can add it to just about everything you eat, It is a good source of Folic Acid if you cannot find a pill form

Usually your own doctor will make recommendations for you.  Perhaps you could call your doctors office and ask?
