The RE really didn't explain the whole Clomid thing to us either. He told us the same thing! I think after we meet with the Urologist and find out if the Urologist wants to do the surgery he'll start taking the Clomid. Good luck to you guys I hope it works! I couldn't read your email address.
thanks so much..i will have to remember that next time we go to the doc..maybe this clomid will work again! Goodluck..=)
Yeah..they basically said it kinda works like it does in women..thats really all they said..He took it actually last sept and we got pregnant in the first week in nov so it does work..we lost the baby 9 weeks later but atleast we know it works and we can get pregnant..the doctor just made me get a hsg test done today because he said it would boost our chances..sorry to be so sloppy with my writing..I hope everything works out for you..***@**** is my email if you want..goodluck :)
My husband is on Arimidex (via his urologist) b/c of low sperm count. Also, he has moved to a very healthy low low fat diet. His count has gone up considerably to at least put us in the range of IUI.
Hi Lisa
My DH was also prescribed Clomid and he has a low sperm count. he hasn't taken it yet because were waiting to see what the Urologist has to say. The RE really didn't explain why he is given my DR Clomid. Did they explain this to you?
Oh, in that case, welcome to the forum!!!
:-)
Thanks, I sure hope it works..Dh was on clomid so I guess now we are just going to wait and see what happens..thanks so much for answering back..first time on this forum!
Well, they say an HSG helps "clean out the cobwebs", so to speak, and that you're more fertile for the next two-three months. Best of luck to you!
