1 faint-positive HPT and 2 fainter-positive HPT @ 4 weeks...yet full symptoms

I appear to be 4 weeks pregnant on a short 21 days cycle, day 30 of my cycle.

As the title suggests, I took a HPT at day 26, day 28 and day 30.

Day 26: Faint Positive (still visible now)
Day 28: Barely visible result.
Day 30: Barely visible result.

Not a single spot of blood, but an almost permanent sense of mild cramping. Other symptoms possible, but can be symptoms of the cold/flu which I also have, so am confused.

Am on top of the world very early in the morning, fatigued the rest of the day and have no appetite in the evening and this has been going on for a week or so. Bowel movements have been poor too.

I must admit I feel pregnant and this would be my 5th attempt. 3 were lost as my period was due anyway and only found out because I did not stop bleeding for weeks. The 'best' one (so-to-speak) was a perfectly-sized sac on a scan at 5 weeks and all gone at the 6 weeks scan. Implantation bleed at 4 weeks and heavy bleeding at 6 weeks.

Can that faint-positive on the first HPT be wrong? Why on earth would the second two test show barely no line at all, when the first is still (just about) visible now?

Any advice at all would be really appreciated...

Phoebe

Just spoken to my Recurrent MC doc and she is staying positive for me too. She wants me to do another hpt on Monday and if that's positive too, she wants to see on Wednesday!

Taysmommy - Congrats! I can say that confidently considering yours was a BFP and mine was just a faint p. Well, I can't find out if my cramps are worse when lugging, not without borrowing next door's dd anyway! lol -Can't compare on that one, but it looks like we may be following a similar line otherwise...

How old is dd?
