15 follicles on each side! and only 1 is at 10
Is this normal? Good? Bad ehhh? The sonography really didn't tell me much just that I have 15 on each side and that they like for the ones to be at least a 20? Need advice/opinions!?

i go back on the 7th for a s/g to check follicles again, and for pre conception blood work! i hope this is all worth it :) what am i thinking, it will be!

Thank you. That's what I was thinking I'm on clomid with metformin and an ovidrel trigger! Hope this works !!!
It is normal if you are not taking meds. The body usually produces one follie a month to ovulate. With meds, more will grow and then a shot will help more than one to be released at ovulation. This is why multiples are more likely on medicated cycles. Most Re drs want the follie at 20 before they induce ovulation.
