hello all well its been 1 year since I stopped having my period and No i am not pregnant. I just stopped  I only get it if I take those fertilaid pills. But I have stopped that . Now i am taking Vitex. Its supposed to help with the issues I am having not menstruating and ovulating. We will see I started taking them on 04/04 nothing has happend yet, I guess I will have to wait and see, If this doesnt work the final option with have to be medications..... Dont want to but if I want to get back "normal" I might just have to go that route. Anyway thanks for listening been sooooo stressed out over this "period " " not being able to concieve it takes a toll but gotta keep trying...

I don't know specifically what each does but I know I've also read about taking black cohosh, wild yam, red respberry (leaves maybe?), and a few others.  If I can find the site and about what each one does exactly, I'll post it back here for you.  No, I don't have the problem you mention, but I AM coming off of a depo shot taken late last October...I'm in the 2ww right now after a miscarriage last month.  I was and am taking just the vitex currently but I took all kinds of these things and more to flush the depo out and get my system straight.  Good luck!

I take Maca root twice a day in a pill form and vitex 1-2 days a day in liquid.  My issues are different, high fsh,  and not ovulating some months, but I am told theses are the two things to take to help ovulation.  Read about them and you will see that using both could help you.

Hi,
I just started Vitex as well.  I am also taking Macaroot since another member suggested I try them both.
