2 months missed period,negative pregnancy test yet having a pregnancy symptoms

Im 23 years old and sexually active with my fiance..I used to get my period regularly every month..Though its late for a couple of days to a week..But now Im confuse,my last period was January 18,2014 and its almost 2 months after that and Auntie Flo didnt show up..I have taken Pregnancy test last March 1 but it says Negative..Since then i havent take one more test til now..I feel my Boobs are heavy and full,my nipples sometimes are too sensitive and itchy and sore..I have crampings also,i feel pain in my lower abdominal at lower back sometimes,i want to drink a lot of water and yet always want to pee..I am moody at times and emotional..I cant sleep at night but i wake up earlier in the morning than my usual routine and i have frequent headache..Whats going on me??Should i try to take a Pregancy Test again??Im so confuse!!Please help me..

AF finally arrived this morning after i miss my 2 months and four days period and having pregnancy symptoms..Now im sure that im not prego,but after my cycle i need to go to doctor to ask and consult about what happen to my cycle..Just informing u like what i said.. :-)

you should talk to your dr.   they will most likely get you to do a blood test and if that is negative they can give you something to induce a cycle to start so that you can try again.   most things we associate with pregnancy are the same as they are with your period we just ignore them until we want to get pregnany.

I repeated pregnancy test for three times and its all negative..its been two months and 3 days since my LMP..im afraid to consult my obgyne to find out if im sick..haaaays..today,im so tired and my body feels pain..my breast are so heavy,full and sore..my lower abdominal feels pain also..

Since you are having all the symptoms the pregnancy test can be repeated. For a better confirmation of a pregnancy blood test for HCG and an ultrasound scan can be done. In absence of a pregnancy, the periods can also get delayed due to stress, hormonal imbalance, PCOS or thyroid problems. Consult your Doctor.
