4 days are so early to feel any thing.....you will start feeling when HCG level rises...which is pregnancy harmone and is basis of all pregnancy symptoms........have faith...
I am 4dp3dt and feeling NOTHING...I just want to cry....
Wish all of u who waiting for result got the BFP!!!
I think 8-10 days after embryo transfer HPT would be more reliable........wish you all BFP
Good luck with your blood work today. I selected a boy have 3 other boy and 3 girl embryos that are frozen. And it turns out the embryo split right before implantation so there is a possiblilty of identical twins. Going to hpt on Saturday and bood test is Monday.
Congrats on the hpt!!!!
I did a 5 day transfer on may 3 and tested positive on a hpt on may 10. I do my blood work tomorrow. I have lots of cramping off and on. No spotting though.
Transferred one excellent one and one good one.
I also did gender selection for a girl. I have a 3 yr old boy.
@Erin. I just realized our transfers were on the same day!! Good luck to you!!
@buba4muma. Good luck as well. I completely feel your frustration with this wait!!
I hope you all get BFP's... I am also on my 2WW. Had my 3dt FET yesterday, I don't know how i can stand waiting for another 13 days!
Good Luck to all of us!
I am in the middle of my tww after a 5day frozen transfer and am driving myself crazy. You response above was like a breath of fresh air. Thank you for posting what happens on each day. My blood test is Monday and it cannot come quick enough.
Thanks again and congratulations on your pregnancy!!
When I had my 5-day transfer, I was wondering how early was too early to test also. I tested 5 days post transfer with a hpt and got a negative. But both of my betas were positive, so it must have been too early. Now I am 14 weeks pregnant! :)
During this time, my friend sent me the following information, which was SUPER helpful! Hopefully it will help you too.
Best of luck and lots of baby dust!!
What Happens After an Embryo Transfer?
Once you complete your embryo transfer, you will have approximately 1½ weeks to wait before a pregnancy can be detected. The following tables outline an approximate timeline for what happens during a successful pregnancy after a 3-day transfer (3dt) and a 5-day transfer (5dt).
3-Day Transfer
One
The embryo continues to grow and develop, turning from a 6-8 cell embryo into a morula
Two
The cells of the morula continue to divide, developing into a blastocyst
Three
The blastocyst begins to hatch out of its shell
Four
The blastocyst continues to hatch out of its shell and begins to attach itself to the uterus
Five
The blastocyst attaches deeper into the uterine lining, beginning implantation
Six
Implantation continues
Seven
Implantation is complete, cells that will eventually become the placenta and fetus have begun to develop
Eight
Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) starts to enter the blood stream
Nine
Fetal development continues and hCG continues to be secreted
Ten
Fetal development continues and hCG continues to be secreted
Eleven
Levels of hCG are now high enough to detect a pregnancy
5-Day Transfer
One
The blastocyst begins to hatch out of its shell
Two
The blastocyst continues to hatch out of its shell and begins to attach itself to the uterus
Three
The blastocyst attaches deeper into the uterine lining, beginning implantation
Four
Implantation continues
Five
Implantation is complete, cells that will eventually become the placenta and fetus have begun to develop

Eight
