A 4-cell embyro transferred on day 3. Any chance?

I had 5 very early pregnancy loss since June 2008. No child yet. I am 32 and DH 33. I once had a FSH of 10.6 on day 3, and DH has high abnormal morphology of his sperm test.
In this July to August, I had a few days positivity of urine HCG strip and it ended up with a period at day 34.
Since the beginning of August, I started my 3rd IUI. I even can't remember the exact dates now. I have very short-memory these days. My ovaries were over stimulated so it was converted to an IVF directly this cycle.
I had 8-9 follicles and they only retrieved 2 eggs.
Out of the 2 eggs, 1 fertilized.
That one embryo had only 4 cells on day 3 yesterday and i had the transfer yesterday.
Little hope, or no hope. I checked online that it seems to be no success story out there.

I am wondering,
1) After the transfer, I felt my gown was a little wet. Is it possible that the embyro will flow out unnoticed?
2) There is little chance this one embyro with a 4 cell at day 3 will eventually implant. It sounds like already something in stone. How can I deal with it in the next 2 weeks?

I keep on telling myself that, taking one awful day at a time. My in-laws will ask....

Today is day 9 post day 3 ET. My basic temperature was only 36.8C. I don't think there is any hope. I am on Crinone. Previously I can always feel really hot when I did have a positive urine strip, although always for a very short term.

Thanks a lot Purple7374.
Thank you very much for your reply about the wet gown. I hope I can get that concern out of my head.
I keep on searching for any success stories about 4-cell embryo on day 3. There seems not much to find at all. Most people had 6-8 cells.
I saw the August IVFers post as well and wrote several lines there just now.
I have to go to bed and have some rest, but my mind is on its own control.

Whenever I come to these boards I usually go staight to the August ivf'ers board. But not this time. I am not an expert but just wanted to drop you a line saying that I was worrying about embryos falling / flowing back out straight after transfer and I was told by my specialist team that this will not happen and that I needed to get this out of my head. So I would say that your wet gown has nothing to do with the embryo flowing out. There was another reason for this I am sure.

I wish you all the best in your 2ww! Please don't get too stressed out.

Sticky baby dust to you!

On my first FET, we transfered 2 4cell and 1 2 cell day three embryos.  I did end up getting preggers but m/c'd. The m/c was because of uterine adhesions... not the egg!  So Chin Up, IT Can work!!!!

Good Luck!  and Tons of sticky baby dust coming your way!!!
