BBT Charting - Help me figure out when I ovulated, PLEASE!

I have been charting for two cycles and I have trouble figuring out when exactly I ovulate. Can someone please have a look at the last two cycles (Nov 21 and Oct 28) and help me figure out when I ovulated (or if I ovulated at all)? Thanks so much!!!

Here's an update to my chart. Looks like I finally ovulated on Day 17. Thanks!

Well it's all very confusing. We started TTC in August. I was on the pill before and had very predictable periods.

Then when I went off the pill the first month's cycle was 24 days long. Then each month after that they lengthened by one day, so 25,26,27 for the next three months.

Then I started taking Fertilitea and my cycle for Oct 28 was suddenly shortened to 24 again. So next cycle I'm thinking I will skip the Fertilitea and see how long the cycle is on my own. I think my LP is usually about ten days give or take.

I find it very frustrating having no idea how long my cycle is and thus making it difficult to figure out roughly when my LP will begin. I guess I'll just keep charting and see how it pans out. Thanks for the help!

I agree with the no o yet on the current chart. The Nov chart could have also had o on cd14 instead of 12. The low temp the day after they have it marked makes me wonder. Are your cycles normally that short? After this cycle, it will help establish a pattern as to how long your luteal phase is, then it will be easier to tell from chart to chart. The follicular phase can vary greatly, but the Lp will remain fairly constant.

Thanks! I think I am still waiting to ovulate for November too. I am using a thermometer that takes a couple of minutes, but thanks for the advice.

For the oct chart, I'd agree with the chart that you probably ovulated around cd12.  If you disregard the high temp on cd10 it is more obvious.

Looking at your nov chart, it doesn't look like you did ovulate to me?

What kind of thermometer are you using?  If it is one of those quick temp ones that give you your results in 9 to 12 seconds, I would recommend getting a different one that takes at least a minute to give you your temp.  I've never had good luck with those quick results type.

Best of luck to you.
