Acupuncture

I have been on the Clomid drugs for 4 cycles now and just went for my first acupuncture appointment.  I was wondering if anyone else out there has gone thru a series of acupuncture and how you feel that this had helped with infertility.

I'm so glad to hear about all this positive feedback from people that have used acupuncture!
I did 3 rounds of Clomid and then 1 month of Femera with no success.  I'm on CD 5, but am not using any medications this month because I had a cyst on my ovary.  I am going to see an acupunturist this Saturday and I'm feeling positive based on everything I've read on this site and the internet!

Hi! I got accupuncture twice a week during 3 months of Clomid... it really helps! I did get pregnant but turned out to be a chemical pregnany (very early miscarriage)...

Accupuncture is great and really helps with your overall well-being... I truly believe in it! I felt so much better after every session, I was smiling more, felt relaxed and just better... and it cured my lower back pain!

No I stopped when I was put on bed rest. But feel I need to go, just to get balanced again.

My RE also likes acupuncture and was glad to hear I was trying it.  I started going after a m/c this summer... my friend recommended it and is certain it got her a BFP & a beautiful girl after 5 years of trying.  

RE says there are some legit studies that demonstrate acupuncture's efficacy.  Plus I feel so blissed-out after it that I can't imagine it's hurting anything.  

Are you seeing an acupuncturist who specializes in fertility?

I recommend everyone to get accupuncture. I felt the difference after the first treatment I had. I had used clomid, 2 failed IUI, transfered 1 fresh embryo and 2 frozen did not get pregnant. My RE suggested accupuncture and I had treatment for 3 months and then had FET and got preg. I have twins now. My pregnency went very well. I wish I knew about it when I used clomid.Good luck.
