It's unlikely that your tubes came undone, but it is always possible. Go see your doctor have them do a blood test to see if you are pregnant, it is more accurate. If you want to have a child talk to your doctor about undoing your tubes. Freezing eggs is a good way to go so you don't lose your oportuity of having a child if you want.

Are you saying "am I pregnant?" as in your title, or "how can I get pregnant?" which is what you look like you are saying in your last sentence?

If you are wondering if you somehow accidentally got pregnant, take a pregnancy test.  If you want to know how to get pregnant at 39 with a tubal, see a reproductive endocrinologist about doing IVF.  It does not sound like your tubal is magically going to unravel itself and let your tubes reconnect just because you have met the man of your dreams.  You have to be a little more proactive.  And hurry, as well, because at 39 your eggs are still considered not high risk, but once you turn 40 you will be assigned to a group with a higher risk of various problems.
