Anyone use maca? Good and bad stories please!
Just started to use maca this cycle! Its definitely having a positive impact on my husband! Hoping it also will work for fertility for me.
My husband and I took 3 bottles of MACA.
But, there is no positive change of libido and quality of sperm or quality of my egg.

I love maca powder! I put it in my smoothies! My husband doesn't care too much for its taste. I read that it has a lot of health benefits, including boost in libido. It's helped regulate my cycles along with prenatal vit. And a couple other vitamins. Red maca is great!
