B12 and infertility

I just recently read that if you have b12 deficiency you may have trouble becoming pregnant or supporting a healthy baby through the pregnancy. there have been multiple times i should have gotten pregnant but i didn't and i thought i was infertile. I think i have the B12 deficiency because just recently i started taking a B-complex vitamin. i took it every day at the same time for a week and now my period is about a week late. could my increase in vitamin intake cause my menstral cycle to shift? or could i have gotten pregnant for real this time??

B12 can help to balance your hormones and can help to increase your luteal phase.  What CD day are you on, and what CD does AF normally fall on?

How do you know if you're B12-deficient?

Your Dr. can order an blood panel to see if you are deficient in any vitamins.  B vitamins are water soluble though, so taking them won't hurt you even if you aren't deficient, as your body will just allow you to urinate out the extra (giving you neon yellow pee, lol!)

Can't hurt to add them into your daily vitamins.
