BFP, but slow rising HCG

I expected them to just have me stops meds after yesterday's beta. NO... they want me to come in for an U/S 7.23. I really don't understand their reasoning. It seems like a lost cause to me. Anyone experience this?

I couldn't take it... called RE, asked for another beta. I figured since it was later, 10:00am, that they would have me in Friday. Nope, I went in today. I am in shock.

It went to 307!!!!! At last check, 126.

I'm still praying for this to be our year, not only for BFP, for full-term HH pregnancy/delivery of our children, Amen.

Try to hang on rach. I know it must be a bit disheartening, especially if you are doing alot of research on slow rising hcg beta levels but pregnancies are different and what happens to each person is also different.
I'll be praying for you.

They actually say the number should double every two to THREE days, so although your numbers are a bit low, they do seem to be doubling! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

Don't stop the meds if the beta is going up even if slow.Sometimes you don't know how things turn around. for me slow beta was never a good sign but i continue to believe that everything was going to be ok. See your doctor and continue what he says.Good luck

Some have slow rises at first then they take off. Try not to be too discouraged yet! Lots of things can cause it and everything could end up fine. Best of luck to you
