I heard that baby oil is a good lubricant when trying to conceive. Is this true?

My RE recommending a couple drops of baby oil over preseed, when needed. I had been using preseed for several months, but he told me to discontinue it.

I haven't heard anything but if you need a good lubricant, try pre-seed. There seem to be some good reviews for it.

Hi ! I stopped using Johnson's oil, an ingredient in it which is mineral oil is a derivative from  petroleum. Also when applied to the skin it is absorbed directly into the blood and does cause many health problems.I wonder why the FDA approves ingredients like parabens, methylparabens, mineral oils etc in our skin care products.

I also heard (on this forum, actually) that baby oil is ok if you really need it.  Also try PreSeed if you haven't already.

Hi, I heard that you should not use ANY kind of lube or oils, it can interfere with your natural 'juices'. Your body has it's own way of producing the right kind of lube you would need to enhance your chances. Good luck!
