Bad news...cyst is till there

Well, it is still there and now it looks like it has endometrial tissue attached to it.  My Dr. was not there today but the other Dr. said he did not feel comfortable doing any procedures on it and told me to wait until my Dr. can talk with me tomorrow.

They said we would at the least wait another cycle and if it persists they will biopsy it and may have to remove my entire left ovary:-( I am a little scared now because my Aunt had ovarian cancer at 26 and it just scares me to death.

Thank you ladies so much for your posts and prayers yesterday; they really pulled me through. I have you all in my thoughts and prayers. I hope we all get BFP'S soon!!!

SUPER STCKY BBABY DUST!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear this - but stay positive - this is not the worst of news.  Does your cyst cause you any pain?  When I had my ovary removed b/c of cysts I was in constant pain - I couldn't even climb the stairs without pausing.  Do you know how big the cyst is?  Now the cysts I have on my other ovary come and go and I only have pain when they enlarge.  Sorry for so many questions, I would just enjoy any info you care to share in reference to these crazy cysts! :)

Hi there! There is a little pressure and pain when I stand up near my perios, but other than that I only feel it when I press on my ovary. I just spoke with my mom, she said she is very prone to cycts, but they are usually in her breasts.  I am wondering if it is hereditary. The size of mine has not changed in two months, she said it wasn't too large. Have you ever had one aspirated? That is what they want to do tomorrow if the Dr. ok's it.

I've never had one aspirated but I did have one rupture - on Christmas Eve of all days to be in the ER - and it hurt like anything!  My doctor has never suggested aspirating to me.  The largest my cysts have ever been are 6cm.  I've read some people have them quite larger than that.  I don't know how they stand it. No one in my family has ever had this problem.  My doc told me BC would help prevent them and in my 30's it did - but now I'm 41 and running out of time...........  I hope this procedure helps you.  Keep us posted on how it goes - I'm interested to know if it changes things for you.  I truly hope it does!!  God willing one day we'll email each other with BFP's!!  :)
