Bbt tracking

Can anyone explain temperature tracking and how to identify that we are pregnant or periods coming from bbt chart.

Oh, I just asked if you needed info on this!!  I did temperature tracking with success.  I kept a cheap digital thermometer by my bed.  You take your temperature first thing before you get up and write down the info. You will find that your temp at the beginning of your cycle is a similar degree every morning.  Then all of a sudden it goes up one full degree.  This happens right after you ovulate.  Then it stays high all the way until you start to get your period. Then it drops back down.  I found this to be my most useful information.  I could see over time about when I would typically really ovulate (apps are just math averages, the temperature was really my body telling me for sure). The only two times that my temperature did not drop back down was my two pregnancies.  :>)  Body does not lie.

Ok thanks let me try this on my next cycle.i have to start this from day 1 or after my periods
