I had my transfer on thursday.  I took off from work fri & sat.  Today (mon) going back to work & on 4dp3dt.  I am a mail carrier so do lots of walking.  RE claims walking is great to do...so going to hope that the rest of my 2WW will still give me my sticky baby.  I have off this wednesday. Looking foward to it already.

I spent 24 hours on bedrest, and then went about my normal activities. I was an avid runner up until my IVF (5-6 miles/day), but stopped exercising towards the end of my stims week and did not exercise at all until my pregnancy test @13dp5dt (doctor's advice, but not strict order). I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and everything is looking good so far!

Just to let you know, there is absolutely NO data that shows any bed rest helps at all; I mean look at all those women getting pregnant (granted, naturally) and not even knowing about it and doing their normal daily routine and being fine! I know our situation is different, but the embryos are so microscopic, it seems unlikely that they would detect any movement of our bodies and be somehow "dislodged." So take it easy if it makes you feel any better, but, in the end, it's the quality of your embryo that is going to determine what happens. Keeping my fingers crossed for you :)

My RE recommended 72 hours of bedrest.  She specifically said no cooking or cleaning.  She said sitting up on the couch was fine and/or laying in bed.  Thereafter she recommended regular activity, to exclude lifting anything over 10 lbs and suggest I do not go back to the gym until beta.  I'm on day 6dpt.  So I've been keeping things moderately quiet.
Wish you the best!
