Can my positive hpt be correct?

My hubby and I have been trying to concieve for the last few months but we have been together for 15 years and i have never been on birth control. I have been diagnosed with PCOS so we have been getting help with fertility. I am now 15 days post trigger shot and I had my blood test done today....supposed to get a call this afternoon. But I got a positive result yesterday which was 14days post trigger shot. Could it be true? Im going crazy with excitement but would hate for it to not be ture =( anyone have any input?
