Clomid and HSG Success?

Good evening, I am 23 years old and have had a successful pregnancy 4 years ago. Husband and I have been TTC for over a year now and we finally got help from my OB. I took clomid on days 3-7 and  was given an Ultrasound on CD 12 and the Dr. saw one follicle, and I was instructed to give myself an HCG shot two days later on CD 14 and have intercourse on CD 15 and 16,(which is up to 36 hours after giving the shot) then onto the TWW period. Husband has excellent sperm count, I had a clear HSG and no other problems, just unexplained infertility. Do you think I have a good chance of getting pregnant this month by doing the clomid (3-7) and HCG injection  and also being that the Doctor saw one egg? Any information will help. Thanks

Note: I wanted to add I am on CD 14 and have to give myself the HCG injection tonight and was told to have intercourse tomorrow night (CD 15) and Friday night (CD 16). So my post is to the current situation of whats happening now. After intercourse on Friday night I will be in my TWW period, has anyone had success on a timed Clomid and HCG challengef first try?

Thanks for the info aliaa82, I definately know I am not pregnant yet, because today is Ovulation day for me. But I did see one follicle (egg) at my ultrasound on Monday, just waiting to Baby Dance tomorrow night.
