Hi there,
I would echo LandM2009's advice. my DH's count and motility have improved quite significantly over a 3 month period using 1000mg of vitamin C, 80 mg of zinc and an over the counter mutli vit especially for father's to be.
We have also stopped drinking caffeine, cut right back on alcohol and tried to be more healthy.
You also need more than one sa done in order to get a more accurate picture.

Hope this helps

Sperm count is fixable as I understand it. There are lots of vitamin supplements that are supposed to be helpful. Fertilaid for men. I have also heard doctor's prescribing Clomid for men. He needs to stop drinking caffeine, alcohol, eating fatty foods, etc. If you look up ways to improve sperm count through google or yahoo you should find all kinds of suggestions. Motility is a little trickier, but I think it can be improved as well.

My husband has morphology issues which can not be improved. I've done a lot of research and we are trying high doses of vitamin C, no caffeine, no alcohol and eating better.

Good luck! Hope that helps. There are lots of women on here who have husband's with the same issues so I'm sure you will get lots of answers.
