Conception

I have been married since five years without children.  I have done scans, tests e.g. hormonial imbalance which the doctor placed me on drugs but I normally have severe lower left back pain before my period and as soon as it comes out, the pain disappears.  Pls cld this pain be affecting my non conception and what do i do to cure it to enable me have children?

The pain is always much that my stomach too aches me. Pls help me moreover is it possible to ovulate outside the 12days calender or 14days as some women varies in the period.  like me it 26days but before that day, I  normally spot.  Pls help.

You should go see a specialist now. You have been trying to get pregnant for quite sometime. Doctor should do tests on you. has Heather said HSG is good test. Also you should try having sex every other day so that even if you ovulate outside the 12 days calendar you will not miss it. Good Luck!!

It is definitely possible to ovulate outside of the "standard" day 14. Personally, I usually ovulate on day 12 or 13. As for the pain you're describing, it could have something to do with endometriosis...and that could also cause problems getting pregnant. Maybe you could ask you doctor about an HSG and laporoscopy to see if this is an issue. Good luck!
