'Cosmetics' to use during the 2ww

Does anyone know if it safe to use deodorant on transfer day or generally during the 2ww.
Also, can we use body creams, anti-aging products, etc?

I do not know if there is anything specifically geared towards pregnancy- I am sure there is. I like the 'skin deep' section on the environemental working groups page.  Please know it is kind of overly-cautious, but at least you can see why somethings are worse for you than others and what the ingredients are that shoud be avoided.  Hope this helps!  Congrats on your tww! Stick and grow baby!

Don't wear anything scented when you go for your transfer.  No perfume, body lotion, don't even wash beforehand with scented soap, says my RE.  If your deodorant is unscented, it should be fine.

Aveno makes a good no-scent liquid soap.

ps -- No Accutane or Vitamin-A based acne treatments for the whole course of pregnancy.

I have taken your advice girls and have not used anything. Just pure water to wash my face and a medicated shower gel for the body.
Thank you xxxx

Check the medicated shower gel.  They really don't care so much about what's on your face, since it is not near the cervix, but they do care what's on your legs.  Nothing perfumed or scented should go on the legs.
