Could I be pregnant

My periods have been normal since I had my Mirena taken out back in February. However I still haven't received mine for this month and its 3 days overdue. I was ovulating the whole week of Easter and me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex twice that week. I've taken 3 pregnancy test and they were all negative.I'm having a lot of symptoms of being pregnant but I haven't received my period n all the test were negative. Can somebody please help relieve my mind

A home pregnancy test usually would be able to detect a pregnancy 3 days after a missed period is due. You could wait and see what happens, or go see your Gp for a bhcg blood test- if that's negative then you aren't pregnant. Good luck.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
A woman can conceive anytime after merina removal. The time varies. It can take few months to a year to conceive once ovulation is regularized after Merina removal. Any unprotected sexual act can result in pregnancy and chances of conceiving are highest during fertile days. It is suggested to wait for your periods. If you miss your periods and continue having symptoms and signs suggestive of pregnancy you should consult a gynecologist. Urine/blood HCG tests may be helpful. A clinical examination may be needed to confirm the diagnosis. This is merely an advice and not a substitute for clinical examination. Keep me posted with more queries. Hope it helped.
Best wishes and regards!
