I been have unprotected sex with my boyfriend. My symptoms are nausea,  tiredness,  changes in hunger, and dizziness. Lower back pain a few times.

Those are also symptoms of a possible urinary tract infection. If you're not sure you can also get an at home test for that. I've had 2 kids, been through a lot. If you're not pregnant and having those symptoms still talk to your doctor.

I have those exact symptoms but I'm late for my second period. And you can have symptoms of pregnancy about a week after conception.
