Not sure, but from what I know with people going to see fertility specialst, insurance covers very little to nothing. Honestly, I'm not looking forward to going to the fertility specialist either. Don't want to hear them say we're going to have to take an extreme approach to get pregnant. Trying to get pregnant the unnatural way tends to be very expensive. Maybe there is a payment plan or something. We're just trying to relax and stay calm until the appointment whenever that will be. Good luck!
Hi! My name is Octaria & my husband & I have been TTC for like 2years now. I became interested in your post because you stated that you & your husband have to go & see a fertility doctor. Will I'm in the same boat because I went to see my OB-GYN last Friday & I have to have a referral to see a specialist also. It's gonna cost us $400 just to have a consultation! So we have to save up just to go & talk to the doctor! Wow! We don't know if his insurance covers or not. He has BlueCross/BlueShield. Do you know?
Well they sound like they could definitely help one get pregnant. I didn't get pregnant when I used clomid for the 3 cycles. We're taking this month off and waiting to hear from the fertility specialist. We'll see what they say. How long have you been trying?
Crinone is a Progesterone gel,and Ovidrel is an ovulation inducer. I take Clomid on day 5 of cycle, then Ovidrel to ovulate, and progestrogen supplement two days after a ovulation until results/Pregnancy. This is the first month of these medications.
I know what clomid is, but haven't heard of the other two. How do they aid in fertility?
