MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well.
Fertility blend is a scientifically proven formula useful in enhancing fertility for women and men. Apart from taking fertility supplements you should also take a balanced and nutritious diet. There are many vitamins which can help in ovulation. Vitamin D helps in calcium absorption and regulation and normalizes the development of healthy follicles and increases chances of conception. Folic acid intake helps in egg production and ovulation disorders .Calcium helps in egg maturation.Vitmain B6 is useful in women who have been suffering from luteal phase defects .Vitamin C supports ovulation by stabilizing hormone levels and aids in iron absorption. It also boosts the immune system .Iron balances ovulation. All these vitamins and minerals are essential for healthy conception. Take a balanced diet rich in all these vitamins and minerals. DHEA supplementation is useful in women with diminished ovarian reserve. It increases the number of eggs and improves quality of eggs and embryos .Include exercise in your daily regime. If you have been unable to conceive since more than a year it is suggested that you are your partner should get evaluated for infertility.
PCOD, blocked tubes, PID, fibroids are few common causes of infertility related to females. Male factors affecting fertility are decreased sperm count, decreased sperm motility, varicocoele etc.A clinical examination of the couple is essential for determining the cause of infertility.
Investigations of the woman like ultrasound of pelvis, hormonal assay, thyroid tests etc may be needed. If fallopian tube block is suspected HSG may be needed. Sperm analysis of the male partner is also important. For morĂ© details and queries consult a gynecologist. It is best to consult a doctor before starting any medication or supplements .I hope it helps. Keep me posted with more queries.
Best luck and regards!
