EPO & Pre-seed???

I just started my first dose of evening primrose oil 500mg, i was wondering how many times a day do i need to take it and how long? i heard you take it from when AF starts till the day you get a +OPK test, can someone let me knmow please??

Also PRESEED, is this good to use along with the EPO?? And what exactly is it for? I hear about it in a lot of TTC sites, Thanks

We were on our 7th month of ttc and used pre seed...and it worked...I will recommend this to everyone ttc

hmm well if this cycle i dont get my BFP i will buy some and use next cycle for sure!! right now just using the epo, but i heard not to use in when in fertile days cuz it causes uterine contractions! which i had a LOT last night ,along with back pain i hope it not from EPO and just ovulation pains 0.o

I used pre seed the day I noticed the ewcm and used it right before BDing and we got our BFP 10 days later!
