Could having a cold affect your EWCM?  I was sick this past weekend and took a OPK test just to see if I was ovulating.  My last cycle was 44 days and if it was going to be another 44 days then I would have ovulated last week.

Anyway, the OPK was positive, but we didn't BD because I was so sick.  But I never had EWCM.  Could a cold affect that?

I don't think the cold itself affects it. But the medications you take during the cold would affect it.  Did you take any antihistamines?  They tend to dry up CM.

I took some Tylenol and one Advil Cold pill that my DH had.  But when I started vomiting, I stopped taking medicine because I couldn't keep anything down for two days.
