Early Pregnancy Symptons ??

Hi  can someone please help me .. i faced following symptoms for just 2 days

Friday night i felt sudden pain in my chest and lower abdomen ..  ( ribs lower my breast hurts and left abdomen pain)
this continued till Saturday night and i was fine from sunday.

i gas than normal during these 2 days and also now after eating .  

i used home pregnancy stick and it showed negative :( .  was it early to check for HCG in urine.. ?

or i m not pregnant and its signs of stomach virus or constipation

please guide

my period is two days late, I'm gassy, I'm having a  little pain under my breast  in August I had my period the first week it lasted five days then I had my period on the 29th and it lasted to the 2nd  of September  but  I'm trek days late for my period I'm very scared should I be worried I  also had protected sex on August 16.

Thank you for your response. Ya does not look like i m pregnant ... i m feeling much better today . i was facing too much gastric issue and saw white substance in my stool ..may it was stomach ulcer or some stomach related infection i m having.

Doesn't sound like your pregnant. When did it start happening? Wait another week or more and take a pregnancy test. If no luck, then contact your doctor.
