infertility

I have been TTC for 1.5 years now but still no luck. I was operated with bilateral endometrioma last june 2007 and after that i took clomid. My doctor said that there's a big chance of pregnancy because i'm already ovulating but until now I'm still not pregnant. Last month i had pregnancy symptoms and i was delayed for 2 days and suddenly i had continous spotting with light pink or brown and after 2 days again i had extremely painful abdomen. The next morning, i was bleeding like my AF is coming and then it went strong and something came out like a blood clot and a tissue/membrane. My AF lasted for 1 day only and the rest spotting again with light brown...I think i had early miscarriage. Im so depressed right now and i really need somebody to talk to. My question is, can i still get pregnant with endometrioma present on my left ovary and for now i am taking provera. Is there anybody who's experiencing the same thing? Thank you so much!

It's really hard to tell if you are ovulating or not...but there are symptoms if you are ovulating. Sometimes you will feel a pain its either to the left or to the right side of your abdomen but that's not always the case...You can try to chart your body temperature (BBT) and you will know if you are ovulating or not...For me it's better to test fertility earlier so that you can check right away...

Take care and God bless!!!

Hi I am not in the same situation as you, but have been trying for years and now doing IVF.
I has a miscarriage 14 years ago but it was quite heavy bleeding. Are the doctors going to treat your endometrioma via a lap or other proceedure or just give you drugs? Sometimes we can miscarry & not even realise, I am sorry you feel so down, my advise is go back to the doctor, & tell him you need some answers.
Sorry I cant be any real help, as my treatment is different from yours, & mine is a male factor.
Take care keep your chin up x
